i have seen Dr Lo for numerous appts. every time i get right in. she takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. Would recommend her any day.

Dr. Lo is kind, professional, and attentive. She listens to my concerns, addresses them in a very professional manner, and doesn't sugar-coat or dumb-down her explanations. Definitely the best OBGYN i have had thus far.

MY 1ST appointment I sat for 25 minutes beyond my appointment without any apology or acknowledgement. my follow-up appointment was this morning at 8:15 I called them at 8 and told them I was going to be 5 minutes late by the time I found a parking spot and got to the 4th floor and waited for someone ahead of me to check in I was 10 minutes late they told me they were going to have to reschedule, they never even asked me if everything was okay never cared why I was going to be 5 minutes late .really medical America has gone downhill and this has confirmed to me it's not getting any better. I told them to cancel all of my appointments and I will not be back I reminded them that I set for 25 minutes without an apology or acknowledgement and I never complained . The miserable girl behind the glass couldn't care any less.

Dr. Lo is an exceptional physician. The first time I met her she had thoroughly reviewed all of my medical history, was incredibly kind, and very smart. I recently had a procedure done with her in the OR and she called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Lo treats you like a person, not a number. She is patient, extremely trustworthy, and incredibly compassionate and personable. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor!

I switched to Dr. Lo at 32 weeks pregnant after being dissatisfied with my first OBGYN, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received at the office. She is professional but still made me feel like I matter as an individual and not just another patient. She didn't personally deliver my daughter, but she came by to check on us twice afterwards, and took all my concerns and thoughts seriously. I will gladly recommend her to anybody looking for a great doctor in the area!

like being seen in a factory-fast, cold and uncaring. Extremely stressfull environment. not kid-friendly.Maybe she should make a few less appointments in order to provide better care for the patients she has. I was actually told, while trying to ask a queery about a health problem, that she 'has many other patients waiting'.
