Cara L. Mills's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Mills came very highly recommended. My son had been in Mass General for days and sick for months. He was finally diagnosed. He had gone to a Lyme specialist who did testing and diagnosed him with lyme and babesia. Dr. Mills refused to accept the labs and test and stated that she didn't understand how to read them. She said I was a good historian but I was not taking my child's health seriously and caring about him enough. She lashed out at me in front of my child because of her own insecurities and lack of knowledge. Meanwhile my son had been sick for weeks and dr. Mills let this drag on and on. At one point he was in the ER. We left for another doctor in the same network who finally took action to help my child with the two tick diseases. This has scarred both my child and myself to think that a doctor who's also a mother could act like this and treat a little boy this way.

We have two children who have been in the care of Dr Mills since the day they were born. We feel very lucky she’s our doctor- she is compassionate, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Both of our kids have had respiratory issues since birth and Dr Mills has been our lifeline in understanding what’s going on and being able to treat them when they’re sick, and ultimately get them on a path to maintenance and preventing future illness. We’ve had multiple emergency calls in offline hours and the answering service is excellent and I’m always able to get in same day to see a doctor if we need it. The office staff and nurses are amazing too (Luz in office and nurse Sheryl we see most often) - if you have a chance to get in with this practice, do it. You will be happy you did.

Dr Mills is a caring and wonderful doctor! I can't say enough good things about her and her team!
