I was in recently. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. The nurse, also, thorough, helpful and pleasant. The one star rating is because of whatever “doctor” saw me. Her name was Trisha Lawrence, and she actually said in front of me, that she needs a new job. She came into the room very aggressively, barely checked me out when I told her my son had walking pneumonia. Also complained loudly how her hands smelled of ketchup from her lunch, then when there were no towels, she slammed the door and sent the nurse in to replace them. The nurse gave me a covid and flu test… both negative, so the “doctor” sent me on my way. I signed nothing, and neither did she. Everything about her was vague and unscrupulous. I saw my primary today, he ordered a chest X-ray, and imagine that! I have walking pneumonia! I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional medical professional in my life. She was that terrible, it warranted the one star. Do yourselves a favor, keep the rest of the staff and get a new provider. She will shut that clinic down faster than it opened. Also, my daughter saw the same provider last month, and never received her test results, nor could reach anyone over the phone. My advice, call to see if Miss Tricia Lawrence is working first, if she is, avoid this clinic at all costs!

Had a great experience today at this brand new facility. I got checked for strep throat and Covid and was taken right in. Everyone was really nice and took the time to listen to me. I was in and out in all about 20 minutes! This is going to be new go-to for urgent care from now on!

Would give zero if possible. I was only person in place. Made me wait while they chatted. Sitting in room I could hear Trish my provider talking about how she didn't care if she made me wait. If you are going to talk trash, make sure no one can hear you. Said to take Sudafed. Trish the provider said it makes her crazy, but she prescribed for me. Said to go to my PCP if I didn't feel better in 1 or 2 weeks. I guess I just went yesterday for the fun of it. will never go back there. Very unprofessional

Went in last night with my daughter. The wait was a little over an hour, but I know they had a few other people there. My problem is they said they sent the prescription in but after calling the pharmacy they had not. I tried calling but the message said they closed at 6pm. The urgent care I went to stayed open until 8pm so why couldn't I get anyone? My daughter needed that prescription last night, not to have to wait even longer. Update...I received a call back this morning telling me the pharmacy has the prescription, that they checked. Well, instead of going right down I called. Well guess what? They still don't have the prescription. The person lied to me. I will never go here again. My poor baby has been crying in pain since last night. This company needs to do better!

I arrived 1 March 2023 and completed the form they gave me. Where it asks what pharmacy I use I clearly marked it "NO - ISSUE WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION". After they took my vitals I waited and finally an APRN arrived. She said she'd prescribe something and refer me to a specialist. She came back and asked what pharmacy to send the prescription to! She admitted she didn't even look at the form I completed. I use written prescriptions because if the pharmacy is out of something I can bring the script to another pharmacy. The APRN claimed the gov't won't let them issue hard copy prescriptions, (which I don't believe for one second. Every place else does it.) and that they don't even have the prescription pads. So why didn't they tell me this when I handed back a completed form that says I don't accept wired prescriptions? Sadly, I had to walk out because they stubbornly refused to issue a hard copy prescription.

Very clean facility and extremely friendly staff ! I experienced no wait time at all and that was 5:30 pm on a Friday ❤️. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to go for urgent care ❤️❤️
