Staff made major mistake won’t take responsibility or make right and they are dishonest. Dr has made two wrong diagnoses. RUN away people
Took over a month for office to fax an order to get the product I needed due to problem with fax, I was told. A professional office without a working fax? Very frustrating
Brutal staff. Do their best not to talk to patients. No email system to contact anyone. Received a call back at 4:49p.m. The problem was not solved by 5:00p.m. She said the office was closing and they would call back tomorrow.
Dr. Dunetz was able to provide me with a ureteral stent without harming me or the baby(32 weeks pregnant). He did the consultation right away, performed the surgery right away and did a next day follow up and had me booked for a follow up appointment all before I left the hospital. He was very honest and direct and clear with what was happening to me and what steps to take. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Were I have always gone they had to move at one point but this building is way better the wait it not that long the doctors and nurses are all nice they talk to u as a friend and help even if u may not want it the building is easy to navigate sign all over to tell you whereby need to go and when u ask they always help with a smile one of the best places I have been and would recommend
I just relocated to area. I have bilateral kidney stones, I never passed one, I have multiple litropsy. I met Dr. Duntez once since I relocated am just pondering did he look at my past medical records? I like face to face conversations. He did say if having pain still I can come in on my schedule appointment , that's another 2 weeks . If I had problems in Massachusetts I had appointment that day or next. I have yet done a 24 hour urine catch... usually I get those frequently.. I feel like not believing my pain yet told my stone will pass and not obstructive.
Dr. Dunetz is tops in his field. Lina the office manager is top notch too...the intake people not so hot. I knew their office moved but google lists it as being on South Southwood Dr. Its not...it is at 17 Riverside St in Nashua. I made several calls to advise that i would be a tad late due to the incorrect address info...unfortunately no one answers...a very slow automated system offers many options however every option leads to "leave a message". When i arrived, the intake person wasn't sure the doctor would see me since i was late. 3 minutes later she said he could see me but i would have to wait. After confirming my name and date she handed me paperwork with my brother's information on it! Having arrived with the obligatory full bladder, there were few options..i returned the paperwork and cancelled the appointment. The intake person I dealt with needs to take a cheer pill and work on her customer service skills. The paperwork mix up is scary.
Very insensitive and inconsiderate with the way he presents information about sensitive or potentially scary issues. Not cool.
Dr. Dunetz is working with my husband, and has been very insensitive and inconsiderate with the way he presents sensitive and potentially scary information. Not cool.
Dr. Dunetz is very factual, practical, and cares about his patients. He relies on KUB xrays which are quick, but not always accurate especially when dealing with smaller stones created by numerous lithotripsy procedures. Overall he believes in the philosophy that stones in the upper part of the kidney are ok to fester for years until they become problems or you pass them. In reality stones cause problems and really should be removed. I'd keep shopping for a different doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
