List of John Alexander's Reviews
After having a few different primary doc/pediatrician offices over the years due to moving a couple of times, this practice is BY FAR the best. Getting a human on the phone is never a problem, callbacks typically occur in a timely fashion when needed. Wait times after checking in are pretty on target; much better than anywhere else we've been. They typically are very accommodating when same day visits due to illness are needed. Have never had any issues with bedside manner by any of the assistants, nurses, MD's, etc. and we have 6 kids so we are there for routine appts pretty regularly!! They are always happy to see us and so sweet to the kids. Building is nice and clean, modern, and in a good location (with free parking) that's not too busy. No primary practice is perfect, but these guys make it as pleasant as you can expect when having to go to the Dr. Not sure what the previous reviewer's issues were/are, but something tells me there is another side to the story.
Dr. Alexander has been my son's primary since birth 4 years ago. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and great with kids. Any illness, we've been seen that day. Always pays close attention to my son's medical history. Staff has always been great too!
Very unfriendly rude staff Did not even care to see the doctor
Extremely talented and knowledgeable. I’m not one to trust doctors and have dealt with many through having an elderly mother. I’ve spent 15 years taking various medical courses and learning as much as I can about illnesses, medications, ect... I’m observant of doctors, nurses, and aids, as it’s hard to find health care providers that actually know what they’re talking about. Dr Alexander has an intelligent mind and I completely trust his opinions and decisions. He is my primary care provider.
Worst sense of professionalism I've ever encountered in an office. The nurses I had the displeasure of dealing with today are very condescending, and even talked over me. They insinuated I was a bad mother, as I disagreed with them when it came to the care of my child. In my experience with them today I'd suggest a lecture in people skills and communication. I was told they wouldn't see my child, and if I brought her there they'd take her care out of my hands, and call an ambulance. I have a very otherwise healthy, happy child with no chronic medical issues. Needless to say it took me less than 30 minutes to find another primary for my whole family, and was even given the opportunity to have my child seen today thanks to our new primary.
He is a very knowledgeable physician with excellent bedside manner. I was pleased with my office visit.
We've been using Dr. Alexander since our son was born (14 Months) and we couldn't be happier. He's patient, makes you feel comfortable and answers your questions without making you feel dumb! Hah.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
