back in Jan 2020 I was brought to the ER at SNHM that is when my angel appeared! DR Cronk, asked many question and rushed to take the correct steps in SAVING MY LIFE! I had brain surgery (no I wouldn't suggest it) on stage 4 brain cancer...She is the most caring doctor I have ever met ! She will stay with you and answer all your questions without making you feel like you are just another person! With her help and my whole team of DR.'s I am 14 months alive with stage 4 lung and brain cancer! WAY TO GO DOCTORS YOU ALL ROCK! Here is my up-date on my stage 4 lung and brain cancer!! 2 years ,4 months, 29 days and I am still here and the best part is There is no sign of the cancer cells either in my lung nor in my brain! never thought I would make my 64th birthday BUT I JUST CELEBRATED IT!!! GO ME! Thank you,DR CRONK and team for getting that tumor out of my head!!!

Dr Cronk is hands down one of the best surgeons in the world. From the first time through the post ops she has answered all my questions and explains everything what is going on. The whole staff is truly amazing from front desk to the nurses. The whole team you see at her office are top notch. If my daughter or wife ever need the services of a neurosurgeon it would be Dr. Cronk without question and it would be no one else but her.

I had pain radiating down both of my legs with really bad back pain. I had seen numerous surgeons who didn’t really give me a good feeling. I saw Dr. Cronk and everything changed. She spent a lot of time in the room with me and offered lumbar surgery. She called me the night before the surgery and reassured me about everything and check on me. The surgery went really well and I was out of the hospital the next day. It has been a few weeks now and I’m walking around my block again. It is so rare to find someone as talented and kind as Dr. Cronk. I’ve been telling all of my friends about her.

Went to Dr. Cronk for a consultation for back pain that radiated down both leg. Went to numerous surgeons before seeing her and I’m so glad I didn’t give up. Dr. Cronk spent close to an hour consulting with me. She offered a lumbar fusion but did caution me that it might not solve all my problems. The day of the surgery she came to see me in the morning and told me how it would go. Not only was it painless, but I was out of the hospital the next day. The pain in my legs is gone and I’m walking my neighborhood again. I’ve been recommending her to all my friends. It’s rare to see such a compassionate doctor who was willing to take so much time with me.

I went for a consultation and felt confident she could fix my scia3 pain.I woke up with no feeling in my left leg (which was the unaffected leg) ended up with massive infection and more surgery. What was supposed to day surgery ended up being hospitalized for 3 days the went to Rehab for a total of 42 days. I am extremely disappointed in the results. I have severe numbness in my left foot and ankle from this surgery.I recently found out I have a severely pinched nerve in the area of the surgery she did

Dr. Cronk performed a cervical fusion on my C5/C6. I could not be happier with the results so far. Not only is she super nice, she is upfront with everything she is going to do and explains things well. I didn't have to wear a collar after and the pain I experienced was minimal. I was off of all pain meds in a week. I'm 6 weeks out of surgery now and I have zero pain, I even forget sometimes that Ive had the surgery. I highly recommend this Dr and if the need arises (hopefully it won't) I would use her again in a heartbeat

I had previously seen two orthopedic surgeons for my spine condition and had also conferred with Dr. Google. After she reviewed my imagining, she carefully explained my problems areas, and talked treatment options. I left feeling educated and with a path forward. She is in my opinion one of the best physicians I have dealt with!

Her office staff is the worst!! Cold and uncaring, they return phone calls when they are in the mood to unprofessional would be an understatement. I do believe Dr. Kronk is a good doctor she is very easy to talk to but she dose rely on her to PA's to do a lot of the work, one is great the other is not.

Amazing bedside manner. Super caring person.
