We were glad to have found Morgan Records in our search for file storage and digitization solutions. Morgan Records was attentive to our historical and archival scanning needs, and offered competitive, reasonable rates that worked within our nonprofit budget. Their staff are professional and courteous, and were consistently available to answer any questions we had during every step of the process.

After 43 years of pediatric practice I decided to retire from clinical medicine. I was the proverbial dinosaur stuck in a tarpit and it was getting cold outside. All of my medical records were on paper. MO only mandates records be retained for 7 years; however, my malpractice carrier advised me to store them 20 years (18 years for a new baby to reach the age of majority plus 2 additional years for discovery). After conducting a thorough search, I contacted Morgan Records Management LLC. Their quote was competitive, and the entire process was seamless. My charts were transferred directly to Nashua, NH for storage. The role of 'Records Custodian' was assumed by Morgan Record Management LLC when the delivery crew arrived. During the transfer I was updated daily by phone. None of my clients have voiced concerns obtaining their records. I would highly recommend Morgan Records Management LLC.
