Anyone who gives this place 5 stars has never been anywhere else. Keep your expectations very low and you wont be too badly disappointed. I would say most of the doctors are good, its the supporting staff that needs work. No one seems to care. I cant imagine any doctor would be ok with a patient being in pain while waiting for scheduling to figure things out. A little more urgency would give your paients more comfort. We are talking about 2 weeks to get an mri and then an additional 2 weeks to get results and plan formed. I even talked to a manager and he assured me this is how they do it. Mass places will do them in the same day. If you do choose to come here, dont waste your time using your name, just give them a number as thats all youll be to them. Update: after speaking up about some of my concerns i was discharged from the practice before any treatment was done. I was wrong earlier, as the doctors also do not care about their patients.

Jesse was very kind & gentle & knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing & talked about the condition of my knee. He gave me a lot more information than I’d been given before. And he was very personable.

Brooke provides excellent care to her patients. She is knowledgeable, answers all questions, takes time with her patients, great bedside manner and exhibits caring behaviors. She is an angel in scrubs.

All went well and on time. Not much in the disrobing department, but it worked. Two sizes of shorts, 1. Many pairs of maybe-will-fit-me and 2. a few jigunda (huge). I squeezed into the maybe’s, luckily.

I met with Dr. E. about 4 weeks after I had injured my left shoulder blade muscle, left shoulder, bicep and other related items due to shoveling some very heavy, slushy, wet snow. I'd thought the situation was improving until one day when it hurt like it had not previously. NHOC has an excellent reputation, so I knew where I wanted to go. I was able to see Dr. E. pretty quickly and it was readily apparent that he knew exactly what he was doing. X-rays followed by a series of questions and then some light physical tests resulted in him prescribing 6 weeks of p.t. The p.t. has begun and seems to be helping already. I'm grateful for an excellent experience with Dr. E., as well as the first-rate X-Ray and front desk people at the Nashua NHOC location.

Staff was very friendly and compassionate! I am very cloister phobic and they made me feel very at ease and comfortable and checked on me at every step of my MRI… I will use them every time I can! 🙂
