Appointments were rushed. He talked too fast. Didn't listen or care about my hair loss. I found a much better endocrinologist who takes the time to listen to her patients and actually try to help them. This guy is a joke.

I have a thyroid condition and was experiencing hair loss. I suggested testing hormone levels and he did not. Come to find out 8 months later I have high testosterone and DHT. Wish this was treated back in February we could have prevented some hair loss. Hair loss is common in women.

This appointment with Dr Labinson was in Hartford vs Farmington. Normally I go to Farmington because the parking was terrible at Retreat Ave for many years so I switched locations. I was pleasantly surprised that the parking was greatly improved in the Retreat Ave garage. Once inside, I only waited 15 minutes to see the doctor, and he was pleasant, informative about lab results and also thorough. The office staff and his medical assistant was very nice and efficient. My only issue is that wait time to get an appointment with Dr. Labinson is lengthy.

I've been seeing Dr. Labinson for a number of years now, and I will never change unless he retires. I especially like that I never sit long in his waiting room, he treats me like a friend rather than a patient, he spends as much time with me as I need, and he explains everything in a way that I can understand. I have complete trust in him.

Love going to Dr. Labinson he greets you as soon as he comes tru the door ask you how you are doing if you have any concerns and tells you your lab work and what would come next ect. I would recommend 5 star to Dr. Labinson and his medical assistant Melissa she is a sweetheart!!
