My 28 year old son had surgery on his nose and had his Uvula removed. There was not any instructions for his uvula. I called to find out if he could have chloraseptic spray on his throat because he was in so much pain and I never received a phone call back. I did not want a prescription for him, just to find out if I could go and buy the spray for him. I guess there was not an on call doctor there either or they would have put me through instead of leaving him a message which he is supposed to check. He has a hard time urinating since the surgery. I had a question about that also. He never got a call from the doctor on the day of the surgery after he went home. I find this extremely lazy on the doctors part. It was a Friday, but to just take two minutes out of his time for questions. I take it he does not want repeat patients or new patients from word of mouth. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Followup to a middle ear infection diagnosed week ago out of town. Vertigo issues, difficulty hearing and pain down into throat. Dr Nayak Seemed nice but also like I was taking up his time. Said decongestant may or may not help. I use nasal rinse with budesonide and nasal spray. Asked for refill he said "you know that's not fda approved." I looked it up - yes. It is. no suggestions to help w pain. Looked in ear but not throat. Said has to run its course. NoT good 1st impression, no feel better
