Colene M. Arnold's Online Review Report Card

Colene Arnold is simply the best gynecologist I have ever been to. She is so qualified and informative that even at my age I learn more from her with each visit. She makes you feel so comfortable that you feel free to ask her the most intimate of questions. Most importantly she cares about your health and well being. She always gies the extra mile by checking if she can find you a prescription at a lower price. She listens and is extremely attentive and she even writes down notes about your visit so you can remember what you need to do or follow up on. If you are looking for a gynecologist look no further, she is the best I promise you. Colene os so informative that even at my age I learn something new. She has the mosr rexent info on what procedures are recommended, and those that are bit. I trust my life in her most capable hands.

Kind gentle and a wonderful doctor the likes of which I’ve never had. She listens and takes all into consideration offering guidance and holding my hand through some trying times.

She takes time with you, she makes you feel like a whole person, she gathers lots of info about your health concern. She is knowledgeable. She did a thorough amount of testing.

Dr. Arnold takes her time with you to really understand your needs, and goes above and beyond to make sure those needs are met. She also goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable at all times. She is one of the last few doctors out there that really truly cares about her patients. The office staff is exceptional as well, very thorough and great with communication.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to these appointments and Dr. Arnold was better than I could have ever asked for. She made me feel as comfortable as possible. Rather than sitting in that room naked for too long she came in quickly and tried her best to make me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go and see her especially if these appointments can be somewhat miserable.

Two times this office was slow returning my (emergency) phone calls and making critical appointments. They also failed to return the calls that the Emergency Room made to them when I was having uterine hemorrhaging. I ended up back in the ER (for the second time in one month), due to this Dr. prescribing a medicine which made my bleeding worse (she said that this medicine would prevent severe bleeding during menstrual periods), but this medicine caused severe bleeding not during my period. Also, the nurse at this office felt as if she could display rudeness to me because of my cultural difference- not a good experience to have when not feeling well.
