I didnt wait at all in the outer office, but was taken straight in for height, weight, etc. Carrie herself was professional, personal, helpful, listened well, and was very willing to work with me instead of over me! I liked her a lot, and feel I made a good choice for primary.

Refreshing old time care in this modern age. Takes time to talk with the patient. Does not hesitate to refer to specialist if required. Reallky seems to care about her patients and has an excellent staff and nurse practioner.

A misdiagnosis made the issue I was experiencing worse due to wrong treatment. Confidence in misdiagnosis led to a delay in correct treatment (I ended up in ER before I received proper care). This problem has dropped my overall opinion and trust in Dr. Klonel. She does spend time discussing issues and does not rush through appointments. The nurse before each appointment is kind and professional.

dr. klonel has ben my doctor for nearly 10 years. I moved from hillsboro to concord area and I drive the 30 miles each way to see her. I find her to be very informed. she has a great manner and attitude. when I have tests done like blood work she calls me personally with the results. she takes a very personal interest in her paitents. I would recommend her to anyone
