Do NOT go to these unless it's a dire emergency. I had a swollen eyelid and the doctor there misdiagnosed me and sent me off with a medication I ended up being allergic to. I was there for only 20 mins max, and even with BlueCross BlueShield Insurance, my visit cost me $210.

I broke my ankle and foot. I came in early evening on a Sunday and I ended up being there just a little past closing. Everyone was very nice from start to finish. I saw a NP named Jennifer (or Jessica, I can't remember exactly) as well as an EMT and a female x-ray tech. I was very pleased by the level of service from all three of them. One of them even called me 2 days later to follow up and was willing to assist me with trying to get a referral from my PCP for an orthopedic appointment since my PCP was impossible to get a hold of. I'd definitely come back here again.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Most importantly, they listened to me. They all accepted my words and discomfort with open ears and empathy. After checking my vitals, they confirmed I had strep throat and got me the medication I needed to get better. Will definitely go back if needed.

I brought my daughter in for a wrist injury. Everyone from the front desk to the emt, PA and X-ray tech were amazing. They were kind, caring, and compassionate. The PA read the X-ray correctly and splinted up my daughter’s fractured wrist until we could get in for an appt with orthopedics. We are so grateful to have this place close by!

You were there when we needed you most! After an injury in Europe and a Covid infused plane ride home .My Wife and I became sicker and weaker,We sought out the Clear Choice MD Urgent care clinic. I am a local first responder and have the information and knowledge of the most. effective and reliable emergent care available in my area.THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO….Wooster .

The receptionist was nice. The girls who saw my daughter were nice, but they lack professionalism. It didn’t feel like we were in a healthcare facility, and that my daughter was sick. The 2nd person who saw her barely even checked her throat (the main reason why we were there). It was a far cry from our experience with visits to her pediatrician.

They saw me within minutes. I thought the problem was one thing, but the provider was able to explain that it was something different and less urgent. They were quick, thorough, friendly and professional. If I have another need, I will go back.

Send my mother in there with a 103.4 temp. They told her her appointment would be at six and did not see her until seven. They have been rude to her and they are not helping whatsoever. I am so disgusted I should’ve never taken her there.
