Dr Desmarais was very professional and answered all my questions. He diagnosed the Mio V cause of pain and provided the necessary treatment and was available when I needed to reach him by telephone.

Dr Desmarais performed a second hip surgery on me in May, 2021 after my initial hip replacement became infected. Dr Desmarais did a great job on the surgery and has followed my progress for a year now. He is professional, sincere, sympathetic and has always been kind and has answered my questions in a knowledgeable way. I would highly recommend Dr Desmarais to anyone looking for a joint surgeon.

The staff is very pleasant they know who I am when I come in Dr Desmarais is is the smartest Dr I have seen in a long while can't wait to be able to walk without pain

Dr Desmarais is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about hip pain and shares what he knows with you. He never brushes you off, or makes you feel his time is too valuable. He will return your phone calls, as I found that nonexistent with three other specialist, I’ve seen in orthopedics for the same issue. I just had a hip replacement by him and everything went well. I would highly recommend him without question.

Cares about his patients. He listens to what you have to say, which is very important. Doesn't jump the gun on what's wrong. He keeps an open mind until test results are back. Explains in detail the sequence of the steps that need to be taken to fix the injury.

I just want to thank Concord Orthopedics and Dr. Desmarais for an awesome experience with my hip replacement surgery. I'm only two months away from the surgery and I feel like a new person. Special thanks to the one day surgery center in Derry. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing joint pain. Thanks again ❤

My knees have been deteriorating for years and all other treatments have ceased helping - Dr. Desmarais has been preparing me for my upcoming replacement surgery and makes me feel informed and comfortable with the surgery and aftermath.
