Excellent ! He is an expert explainer, compassionate, always gives me enough time to tell him what’s wrong. He has been wonderful to my family. I am gay and he has always treated my wife as my wife. I’ve never felt the slightest prejudice from him. Look at how many years he has treated me. Without him, I don’t know if I would be as physically able. Thank Heavens he is much younger than me so he can keep me going another 20 years.

Dr Burns became my surgeon following a skiing accident and a diagnosed fracture tibial plateau. I got an appointment within 24 hours, surgury was scheduled for just three days later. Dr Burns took all the time I needed to understand the surgery, answer my questions and discuss the rather lengthy recovery. He and his office were very efficient in setting everything up for the surgery as well as post surgery. He personally called my husband following the surgery. I was very impressed with Dr Burns and his staff and would highly recommend him!!!!

I was referred to Dr Burns following a skiing accident. After X-rays and CT, I was diagnosed with a tibial plateau fracture as well as a hairline fracture of the ankle. Dr Burns was extremely thorough in explaining the necessary procedure including the rather lengthy recovery period. I felt extremely confident being in Dr Burns care. Also have been very impressed with his staff and the staff at Concord Ortho Acute Care Clinic. I would highly recommend Dr Burns.

Wasnt impressed. Went there as a referral for hip replacement options and he told me to go to Boston or Dartmouth. Felt very rushed. Will not be going back. Made me feel regret for going there in the first place.

Dr. Burns was professional, confident and empathetic. His surgical expertise was apparent in my anterior hip replacement and I am very grateful. I would give him a 5 plus all around. Post operatively he was in contact with my husband and explained everything and answered all his questions. Will refer him without hesitation! Thank you greatly Dr. Burns!
