Excellent doctor if you’re looking for medical negligence.
AVOID !!!! Saw me for 7 minutes and decided my shoulder injury "was probably the onset of Fibromyalgia"- I'm guessing she pushed me aside because this is a workers comp case- She clearly didn't review my file prior to meeting me for the first time so she was unaware at the fact that I had been seeing her practice partner for trigger point injections and a cortisone shot into my shoulder to help the bursitis i have, and after I mentioned this she responded with some along the lines of " too many chefs in the kitchen." I have been asking for this to be removed from my file for over 6 months now and everytime I'm told it'll happen, it never does. Fibromyalgia is a “diagnosis of exclusion" . This means that you have to go through a lot of testing to get this diagnosis. A neurologist, a rheumatologist, as well as your primary care referring you to such types of specialists, is just the beginning. A family member of mine went through so much to get such a diagnosis, so this has been borderline insulting- Fast forward to now, I'm finally seeing an ortho that listens and is proactive, and a neurologist that took my little to no reflex in my entire arm and ice cold hand seriously to push for further testing to be done. I actually have hope now that this 1 1/2 year long road has a slight glimmer of hope.
Negligent. Judgemental, wrongful diagnosis which resulted in an additional 6 months of waiting for a proper diagnosis from another ortho who ACTUALLY cares and listens to me.
Jennifer Hopp is condescending and straight up rude. Listening is not in her list of skills. She constantly interrupts and tries to argue even when a patient has simple questions. Judgemental and negligent as can be when patients are in unexplainable pain. Avoid at all costs.
Dr. Hopp is way too arrogant for making mistake after mistake. Find another neurologist for your own health and safety. She misdiagnosed me. She didn't do proper testing. She once wrote me the wrong prescription. When I told her of the bad side effects I was having on a new medication she doubted me telling me only 7% of people experienced those.. She never mentioned surgery to me. Then I get a new neurologist who immediately suggests surgery, I get the surgery and never have a seizure again
Dr. Hopp was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time I needed to help me to understand my issue. I'm very satisfied with Dr. Hopp, and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Hopp diagnosed my IT band injury immediately. She was both personable and professional. As a runner of many decades, I realized I had an overuse injury, which Dr. Hopp as a runner herself recognized and emphasized with my injury. I found her approach to medicine referishing.
Dr. Hopp fit me in on short notice. She asked about symptoms and suggested a comprehensive course of action that led to recovery. A very pleasant experience.
The doctor spent quality time with me during my exam and treatment. The plan of treatment will be continued and future follow-up in the future. When I have called and or left emails, the staff and Doctor responded timely. Would refer other patients to this doctor.
Listens to your care and concerns.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
