Loss my sight due to misdiagnosis my Dr. Norman, he destroyed my records so I could not sue him.

Bad bed side manor. I was pre-warned that he was very animated but did not expect and ego maniac. Does not get to know the patient or why the patient is there. Seems more interested in telling you things than consulting with you to find out why you are there and what you are comfortable with. Seemed to just want to get you through and out the door to move onto the next victim.
