I came to the hospital with a broken hip. He was the surgeon on call. I had a very short talk with him in hospital and said would perform surgery next day. Four days later I got my surgery. During this time I was not allowed anything to drink because surgery was always pending, no one ever told me why. I have a condition that makes my mouth and throat very dry. I desperately needed sips of water. No one cared. This is a comment on the hospital care, as there should have been more contact with the doctor. I was completely helpless.. My surgery was also poorly coordinated I was in a holding area for a very long time. Again not told why or what was happening. But as far as I can tell, he did a good job on my surgery, and Denise Harrington, his assistant, is very nice. Dr Harrington is very nice also. Hard to say why there were so many problems.

I had total knee replacement surgery on the 19th of march of 2019. And Harrington did my knee and he put the wrong part in my knee. And every time I complained about my knee he told me nothing was wrong. So after 6 months of having him telling me there is nothing wrong he told me to get another opinion. So I did and found out he put the wrong plates in my knee. I was talking to some one I met today and found out he did the same thing too him. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Harrington performed a knee replacement for me three weeks ago. I feel like I'm getting concierge type service as both he and Denise Harrington PA have cared for me before, during and after as though I am their only patient. The first two weeks were the toughest but I'm improving daily with their help and can't imagine taking this journey without them. I have very little pain now and mostly from the incision healing and working through PT which is tough but worth it. I have the rest of my life to enjoy my new knee - thank you both!

I had both knees done by the Dr. Due to conditions NOT related to my knees, such as my back and hips, it helped somewhat. Again, nothing to do with him...his staff and he are caring and top notch. I would go back again when and if I ever need a revision or for any issues. He or his PA were always responsive to my needs and they never cancelled an appointment on me (but I did and they happily rescheduled).

I had knee surgery with Dr. Harrington this past week, the second time in 11 years. He is a true professional who takes the time to make sure you are informed. I highly recommend using him if you have a knee issue!

if you're looking for an orthopedic surgeon who is a true professional, takes the time to make sure you are informed as a patient and is personable, I highly recommended Dr. Harrington. He is a knee specialist. I've had two procedures done by him over the last 11 years (the most recent this week) and I couldn't be happier. If you have a knee condition, don't bypass this doctor.

He's the best!

Dr Harrington was amazing!!! My new hip was absolutely great from the very first day. It was far less painful than I thought it would be and the recovery was very quick. Within a few months it felt totally natural and has been ever since. I wish all medical procedures worked this well.
