You need to remove the 1 star review for Dr. Haskell because that 15 minute business was the policy of the practice, not Dr. Haskell's own. I was long term patient of the practice until the rudeness frightened and enraged me so much that I found Dr. Haskell purely b chance in another local practice. I think that she is wonderful.

I found Dr, Haskell to be intelligent and kind. She diagnosed the two problems with my eyes, and referred me to a specialist, Dr. Bellows, in Manchester (excellent doctor) for one problem and she will next refer me to a doctor here in town for 2nd problem, cataract removal. She and her staff are very friendly.

Just had my regular eye exam with Dr. Haskell this morning. I try to schedule every other year, sometimes longer. The exam prior to seeing Dr. Haskell was fast and efficient with the assistant making me feel relaxed and welcomed. Dr. Haskell came in shortly thereafter with her wonderful and friendly personality. She is direct, efficient, considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend this Optometrist to anyone, she is definitely a jewel!

You have fifteen minutes to state your questions given in "I am the doctor and you need to listen to me. So have your questions written down because other wise you will come out with questions unanswered. Very brisk let's get to it. As a business owner I am aware of schedules being kept but I also believe in listening to my client.
