A friend who had recently undergone a total knee replacement recommended Dr. Thompson to me several years ago when I needed a new orthopedist, and I am so grateful she did. The office runs smoothly, appointments are available quickly, and Dr. Thompson treats me like a full partner in my own care every step of the way. I have seen Dr. Thompson for both medical and surgical care, and I could not recommend him more highly!

I saw Dr. Ben Thompson for a second opinion re a proposed knee replacement. He impressed my wife and I with his professionalism and friendly, caring manner. My cynical side assumed he'd recommend the procedure but he went out of his way to explain the other, less invasive, options. We left his office feeling quite hopeful that a bone saw might not be inevitable after all.

Dr. Thompson I agree with all good comlents. BUT THEIR BILLING DEPT IS TERRIBLE...THEY OVERCHARGE, IGNORE REQUESTS FOR CORRECTIONS , AND SEND YOU TO COLLECTION FIRMS WHILE YOU ARE WAITING FOR ANSWERS.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr Benjamin Thompson in the Raymond office. This appointment was for a total knee replacement I recently had. Dr Benjamin Thompson was the 3rd doctor I interviewed for the surgery. Once I met him and his team I knew it was time for the surgery! The entire team makes you feel very comfortable and at ease with what's going on. They are all very professional, positive but yet straight forward. I was pretty much walking within four days after surgery! I am very happy with the Dr, surgery and the progress I am making. I would recommend Dr Thompson and his team to anyone.
