Made an appointment online less than an hour before and was virtually checked in before arrival. Greeted immediately and seen and treated in under 30 minutes from arrival….

I needed to get my labs done for my upcoming appointment with my primary care doctor. I was able to register on line before I got there! I went right in and was done in no time. Everyone was super nice to me!

Brought my son here, the place is really clean & the doctor was very nice. That being said, the nurse had told the doctor that she’d swabbed my son for strep - which never happened so I’m unsure if they mixed up patients but that was a whatever mishap. Then they sent his prescription to the wrong pharmacy, again whatever but increasingly annoyed. Woman on the phone told me I’d told her in person that I said Walgreens but I’ve never used that pharmacy so, that never happened.. lol Anyways, go to the (wrong) pharmacy to pick up his script & they sent in for a liquid medication but the instructions for the script said to take capsules & not a ml amount. Pharmacy said they’d sent a fax over hours prior for clarification & they’d never heard back. So had to chase the office down again to fix that. Just seems like the place needs to get organized a bit.. took me over an hour simply to pick up my child’s prescription & get it right.

A tick got me and I needed to get to the doctors quickly I made my appointmet on line and when I got there they took me right In I got the care I needed and the medicine If I have another emergency I will Go back there the staff was great and the nurse practitioner was awesome gave me a print out with all the information I needed

I felt very comfortable and not hurried at all. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. I felt my problem had been addressed and that I would begin to feel better soon and I do.
