My actual primary care left the practice and the next guy was less interested...he took time to admire my watch tho. Billing waited a month before initiating record transfer for my new doctor, which could only be done by snail mail.. just to let me know I needed to pay $13 to move them weeks later...seriously!

Been here several times after having a really rough time finding a great primary care doctor . EVERYONE st this office (and I do mean EVERYONE) is EXCELLENT. The customer service is better than any place I have ever been to, and start to finish I feel like each and every person I see cares. Renee at the front desk is so warm and welcoming, Lexi is so professional and willing to help, dr. Fenton is amazing and willing to help patients who walk in with out appointments. Dr Gabrielle took a call from me after hours and put my mind be at ease and really helped me when I was panicking. The nurses who I am terrible for not remembering names of are LIFE CHANGING, they talk to you like they care and know you and remember you each time they see you. And Sarah is the icing on the cake. THE BEST pcp/nurse/doctor I have ever come in contact with. She is 1000% professional and knows how to be serious, comforting and funny. She, just like all the staff here, truly care, and when I have needed help with different issues that have come up she always makes time to see me asap, and always goes above and beyond. ALWAYS. These negative views are rediculous and are misguided and misdirected, as are a lot of people's reviews online. I will not go ANYWHERE else for my pcp. I followed Sarah from her previous office and it was the best choice I ever made.

The Doctor is wonderful. The billing department charged for things that did not happen at my appointment. I filed a grievance with my insurance. I refuse to do business with an organization that might be committing fraud. I am switching my primary care. I hope my Dr. leaves this organization.
