Was a patient since 2008. No more. Due to his negligence in treating my GERD for nearly a year I ended up in the ER on Father’s Day from falling and having broken bones on my face, a concussion and low potassium from months of vomiting, no appetite I now have to see a neurologist for any permanent damage. Don’t get me started on his office staff. Very poorly run office!! He also gave me a medication to help. I asked if it would interact with all my meds. She said absolutely not. It did. Probably didn’t even look at my chart I think I am going to write a letter to him so he can see what his negligence did to me. Show all pictures of what happens when doctors don’t seem to care very much. I am disgusted and so disappointed I found it odd they didn’t charge me for all my records and I got them in a week. Probably because I checked one of the reasons I wanted them was for “legal”
Office staff is unprofessional and rude. Physicians medical decision making is questionable.

Front desk is incompetent. Rita keeps telling me that I have an hmo policy...I have a problem policy. Rita is rude and appears to be unable to learn the difference between policy types.
I have been dealing with Dr Cohen for many many years. His office is poorly run. You call, always put you on hold. They don’t follow through. He is a nice man but as a dr I am tired of this office. I had GERD for nearly a yr. What kind of dr doesn’t do a blood test to see if I am dehydrated. I ended up in the ER on father day dehydrated and very low potassium. I fell at home, my face is extremely swollen and I have a concern.
Knowledgeable and Professional.
Dr Cohen performed my colonoscopy. He has the most amazing bedside manner i have seen from a doctor in a very long time. He explained everything that was going to happen and calmed my nerves. As soon as i woke up he was right there explaining everything he found and how it was going to be addressed. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
The front desk has repeatedly booked appointments for me at offices that do not accept my insurance. I have been sent many medical bills that are not covered by my insurance because of their mistakes. I have told them numerous times which office are in my network and have offered to send them a list of offices they can send me to. Their response was "Sorry mam, this is all we can do for you and if you continue to complain you will be dropped and will need to find a new primary" (Front Desk women named Rita) The most unprofessional and incompetent office I have dealt with. My insurance has called them and even told them this and they still refuse to schedule appointments in network. They also booked me for a procedure that they did not get pre-approved by my insurance before hand. If I did not catch this mistake I would have had to pay out of pocket for this appointment ($600-$700). I would highly recommend not going to this office.
Dr. Cohen saved my life guided me back to health . I highly recommend Dr.Cohen . Guillermo Willie Sierra

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
