She is not my OB/GYN, I was sent to her office because she is a colleague of my Dr. The medical assistant was the one who heard my baby’s heart beat, and I know she pretended she did good when I know she didn’t located it, the one she heard was mine. I thought Mattppally was the one who will do it but not, she didn’t. They also did not take my urine sample as my Dr’s Medical Assistant does every time I come in. The appointment was at 2:15pm around 3:00pm was the time I saw the Dr. I called my dr’s office right away and requested it to never be sent again to her. I felt uncomfortable, I left with fear from there because I didnt hear my son’s heart beat. When she asked me if I have questions I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to leave.

I’ve been so happy with the care I have received since I started seeing Dr. Mattapally! She makes me feel so comfortable and addresses all my needs. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind as well! Definitely the team you can trust with caring for you! Thank you to all in that office!

Dr. Mattappally’s first question was “do you have any questions or concerns?” and that instantly let me know the type of Doctor she is. She then asked follow-up questions and did a thorough check-up of my abdomen/pregnant belly prior to monitoring for my daughter’s heartbeat. I felt at ease and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Mattappally was pleasant and professional. She put me at ease immediately. She explained everything she did and gave me a thorough exam. This was my first experience with a new gynecologist after 30+ years with my prior doctor so I was a bit apprehensive, but my fears quickly disappeared when I met her. I definitely recommend her to new patients.
