Keene Metro Treatment Center's Online Review Report Card

I have been to habit opco in Manchester and Manchester metro and there are positives and negatives between all 3. What I do like about Keene metro is the day you do your intake you also see the dr. And start dosing which isn't the case at the other two, one negative is since starting there 5 days ago the internet has been down twice so I was unable to go up on my dose which has slowed down my process to stop using do to the fact my dose is not yet high enough to get through even part of the day. Other then that I have been treated more then fair by the staff and the fact that there isn't as many patients here as in Manchester helps in many ways. All and all no clinic is perfect let's face it, it's all about the $ for all of them but Keene seems like I good place to go if your sick of running the streets all day wheeling and dealing.

Terribly rude, I was to start guest dosing. Nurses said I couldn’t because of no shows. Because my start time there got changed a few times because I’m relocating and my new home wasn’t ready. My clinician at the clinic I’ve been at was in touch with them. The clinician in NH said I couldn’t guest dose because I didn’t return her phone call. Two different stories. They offered me an intake the next day but I decided to stay where I am. I cannot trust them now. They jeopardized my sobriety today. Lucky my regular clinic waited an hour and half for me to come back and get my dose for the day.i would not recommend this clinic. My records at my clinic reflect my clean time of 2 years with no positive tests and no missed days.
