An appointment with our PCP would be weeks away, but the issue was more urgent. We heard that the ER waits are upwards of 10 or 15 hours. We were doubtful, but then amazed at the wide range of ailments that Urgent Care can treat! The wait was only 30 minutes. They call your cell phone if you want to wait your turn outside (we went and got egg-rolls next door during the wait!). Sure beats sitting in the ER all day with lots of sick people. The medical treatment at ClearChoice was excellent and all the staff were friendly and compassionate...even at the end of a long day for them. We did see some very rude and entitled people come in demanding immediate care, super mad that they had to actually wait a few minutes. We felt bad for the young receptionist, who kept her cool very politely.
