He listened to me and was very understanding and helpful. I left feeling much better. He explained the medication that he gave me in detail. I really liked him.

Dr. Phelan just seems above you. I felt like he really wasn't listening to my issues. I felt like I had to convince him what was going on. He was pretty cold and he just rushed me.

I felt rushed during the appointment and Dr. Phelan seemed preoccupied with his laptop instead of listening to my concerns about my health issues. I was referred to Dr. Phelan by a colleague. Big mistake. I will not be going back.

Dr. Phelan is incredibly kind and made me feel heard and valued. He listened to my concerns, patiently walked me through his thoughts and reasonings on diagnoses and treatments, and made sure to really listen to my concerns and get the full picture. He is a great doctor!

Douglas Phelan is not kind at all and seems to get angry at the smallest things, he is very immature. He can not take accountability for his own actions and hides behind his staff. I hope his staff realizes he needs to be accountable for his numerous mistakes. Thank You Kindly

Dr. Phalen is an excellent family doctor. He takes time to listen to your concerns and address your health issues. He's very thorough and realized my former older doctor had put me on a blood pressure medication that was causing me heart issues and was no longer being used. He changed the medication right away and I was back to my old self. Thank you Dr. Phelan for your time and expertise. I don't know where I would be had you not caught the medication issue.

My 18 month old daughter is a patient of Dr Phelan and I wish I could give him 10 stars. As a new mom, every small thing you notice about your child can worry you. I’ve gone on one too many rabbit hole/google searches regarding an ailment of my daughter’s but Dr. Phelan is always there to reassure me. He is extremely knowledgeable (which is impressive given the age span of the patient he sees). He also not only knows how to treat my daughter, but helps ease my parenting anxieties as well. We have made a few trips to urgent care and to the emergency room during her short life, but when making these life-saving decisions, Dr. Phelan was easily contacted and helped us every step of the way.
