Was told to see dermatologist instead of giving me a script of antibiotics. I had to go to convenient MD 🙄. Windham primary care is the worst.what they do I have no clue but it sure isn't medical wellness!

If I could give them a zero I would. I have been going to this office for over 10 years and had the best experience with Dr. Holt. She no longer works for this practice (not surprised) so I decided to stay and work with a different Doctor there. Big mistake. Treated like I was a joke for no reason. The only When I tried transferring they sent my new doctor the history of my last visit.. ONE visit out of 10+ years of being seen there. Truly am not one to leave reviews never mind a negative review but I feel a doctors office isn’t something you should take chances with.

After 2 visits with our newborn, we decided that the service, and doctors were not at all what we wanted. It seems like a run of the mill doctor's office, but that no one wants to help or work there. It is clean at least. The office workers are not helpful, and the transition process of sending our 5 page health history packet for our newborn took over 30 days (technically against the law). I would highly suggest you look elsewhere.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have never been so poorly treated by a doctor in all my life. When a doctor thinks they know your body better then you there is a problem. When they refuse to listen to what you have to say or need there is a problem. When you talk to them about an issue and they ask what you’ve done to resolve it and you tell them what you’ve done now and in the past and they act like all you want is pills when that is the exact opposite of what you said. There is a huge problem. I would never recommend this doctors office ever.

I'm really surprised at how bad the customer service is here. The front desk staff laughed at me when I called to schedule a flu shot last year and they currently don't have a phlebotomist for blood work. When asked if they could call me when they hire one, they said "we don't have the capability to do that". When asked if I could schedule my annual appointment for next year, I was told that they don't book that far out since they have so much turnover. I also received a text before my last appointment that said I may be charged if we discuss anything other than preventative care so I asked the doctor if she could let me know if anything that we discussed was outside of preventative care and she said it was beyond her control and the medical billing department puts in codes to bill the insurance company. There are so many red flags and so little customer service!!

I just love doctor Ali she is very detailed, professional and explains everything in layman's terms.

Dr. Mccarten is one of the best! The staff at this location are wonderful and always go above and beyond.

I was very disappointed with the service and will most likely not be returning. I have been trying to get help with my sleep and hand tremors. I felt that I was blown off and not taken seriously. I had blood work done. No one followed up with me to go over it. Then when I called I couldn't talk a doctor directly. I had to pass messages back and forth between a nurse, which is a joke. Lastly I was told the office would have a specialist contact me about my sleeping issues. I waited 2 weeks and got no call. I had to call you get the number and call myself. In which case the specialist never returned my call. I don't know what to do. I can't sleep and the doctors here don't care about me and what I need. I can't even get another appointment now until next year because of my insurance.

My name is Stacy and all three of my kids 10, 8 and 4 are seen here and the nurses, doctors and office staff are awesome. Always helpful, caring, and great with my high strung kids.

The staff is great here and they take their time making sure you are ok. Down fall is sometimes can run behind schedule but they have the personal touch
