Sheery Ali's Online Review Report Card

About 2 years ago, I had a diagnosis done by Dr. Ali. While I was worried, afraid and embarrassed, Dr. Ali assured me that everything would be ok and led me to where I can receive additional help. She made me feel human and I will always appreciate her for this.

I saw the doctor twice and both time she seemed like she had more important things to do. I have bad asthma and i was very sick I called into the office for them to refill my inhaler at a local cvs and they wouldn’t. I don’t need to be weighed or anything for a refill and I was having trouble breathing. They told me they were closing and didn’t have time to refill it and to go to the ER. Dangerous and unprofessional. I just switched PC’s.

Horrible place, rude customer service. Dr. Ali is one of the worst, inept Dr's. I've ever seen. She sat for the most part of a physical, barely did a hands on exam. Mostly questions. Tried to push me along to 'just go to physical therapy' instead of figuring out what was wrong. Stay away from this facility.

We moved back into the area and were assigned Dr. Ali as our new primary care provider. She was very professional, yet very personable. She was an attentive listener and made sure that you were able to understand the treatment. She seemed genuinely concerned about the stress on me caused by my spouse's serious medical issues. She seemed to enter the visit well prepared and was very knowledgeable when I asked questions. I was very pleased with our visits. In my case, a cardiologist was indicated and she did not hesitate to make the referral. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ali to others.

Terrible bedside manner.. it’s like she can’t wait to leave the room. Changing PCPs asap. I have seen her 3 times and not once did she help me with my concerns, just trying referrals and when I tried to tell her they will not accept me she was already in a room with another patient.. never in my life have I had this kind of PCP, always one who takes their time to get to know you and care. Even my back MD does that. She’s the worst. Do not recommend

Elliot has a lot of turnover with doctors coming and going. I was given Dr. Ali as a new primary provider to replace the one who left and was not pleased. I had a visit with her and then had three follow up visits and at each one she introduced herself to me and asked if we had met. Does she not review my chart before the visit?

Dr. Ali is amazing. She genuinely listens to you carefully, responds thoughtfully, and is very knowledgeable. She gets in touch so quickly with lab and test results. She makes you feel like you are her only patient!! I’m so glad I chose her to care for me, I highly recommend her!!
