Dr. Furlan has been my doctor for many years and she has always been very compassionate. I never feel rushed and she is generally always on time. If she doesn't know something she takes the time to learn about it and not a lot of doctors will do that. I see her every few months because of my health issues and everyone from the front desk to the nurses are very pleasant, personable and professional. Dr. Furlan has even called me at home just to check on me! I always know that I can depend on the staff to get my message to her whatever my concerns are. Prescriptions and refills are a breeze and getting referrals quickly is a given. I will always highly recommend Dr. furlan and her office to anyone who needs a very good doctor. So bad and I felt really disrespected by the doctor. And by the office staff. The nurses are really kind, but frankly for what it costs that’s not enough

I found her to be lacking in empathy, respect, or understanding of me as a woman aged 69. I felt talked down to, patronized, excessive emphasis placed on things I have known for many years, such as being at risk for falls/fractures. Assumptions made that I would not know how to use technology for health monitoring. Am looking for another provider. Would not recommend anyone over the age of 40 to her.
