Dr. Pinard, Dawn, and the rest of the staff in the Women's Wellness Clinic were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Pinard made himself available to answer any and all questions I might have about my treatment, and was open to discussing all of the options available to me. He is obviously very experienced and I felt reassured in seeking and following any recommendations he offered. It was definitely the most pleasant experience I've had with any physician, and I highly recommend Dr. Pinard and his team. Dr. Pinard is not educated in up to date treatments for women, and has no desire to learn. He is officious and patronizing. In addition he gave me a result of a test by mailing me a letter instead of calling me on the phone despite the fact that I had been in the office the day before and he knew I needed them. I was a patient for several years but finally had enough and found another doctor. (When I got my records from Dr. Pinard, I also found several errors; He did not listen to what I said and wrote things not true). There is more, but too lengthy to put here. The day I left, I went to the emergency room to get treated by someone I could trust. I told them I would NEVER go back to Dr. Pinard again, and I never did. I have a great doctor now. I've been seeing dr. pinard about 5 or 6 times now and he is just a very good doctor he listens to you he explains everything to you very very friendly staff I would highly recommend him to anybody

He is a very wonderful doctor. I suffered for years with issues involving my uterus and ovaries. He was the first doctor that I had seen that actually listened to what I had to say and took the time to come up with both a short term and long term treatment plan. His staff is amazing as well and always do their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable with your visit.
