Always polite and greets you with a smile! He spends time discussing all questions and never rushed.

Quite honestly the best doctor in the area. I’ve been seeing him for 18 years now. Goes above and beyond for and his patients and the community. I highly recommend.

My entire family are patients for 10+ years. He was as good with my toddlers as his is now with me and my teenagers. He genuinely listens and explains things in an easy to understand manner. And Joan somehow manages to run the whole place by herself - phone calls, scheduling, answering questions, checkout. Can't say enough good things and wouldn't trust my family's health to anyone else.

Dr. Byrnes is great. My entire family are patients for well over 10 years. He has done as well with my kids when they were toddlers as with me as an adult. He genuinely listens to me and explains things in an easy to understand manner. But understand this is a small office - no multi-doctor partnership, just the doctor and her person. So sometimes when I call, I have to wait on hold. And while they always make room for emergencies, sometimes I have to wait to get an appointment for non-emergency issues. Can't say enough good things.

The one thing they need to change is the receptionist she's rude to everyone that calls she don't let you explain the situation. She seriously needs to retire you lucky I gave you one star changing my doctor

When I moved to Burlington County in 2005 I signed my children and myself up with Allentown Family Medicine after disappointments with 3 other doctor offices. Dr. Byrnes has an outstanding practice and office staff that works hard to balance the phones and in person care. A small Practice that give ultimate customer service to each patient that walks through the door. My son who is now 25 still visits Dr. Byrnes because he’s so personable.

I am SO grateful for everything that Dr. Byrnes and Joan have done for me over many years. Dr. Byrnes always takes the time to explain clearly what my medical issue is at the time and he always answers every one of my questions. Joan consistenly comes through for me even when I call at the last minute. She also takes care of my insurance required referrals/requirements. Every time I leave their office, I feel confident that I have received the very best service/treatment/what-to-do next step. I would highly recommend Dr. Byrnes as a primary physician.

Extremely rude, called for a recommendation because my sons pediatrician was closed for the day and whoever answered was so rude and hung up before I was able to tell her that my pediatrician was closed and if she couldn't see me could she recommend anyone in the area.

Lady on office staff very rude and nasty. Was put on hold 10 times on phone call and also hung up on. Said my health insurance was good and would pay for visit, one month later got bill for visit and said my health insurance no good. Recommend to stay away from this place!
