Dr. Costa is the best! One of the few remaining really GREAT Docs left. Unfortunately most Doctors dont take the time needed to get a full background. They just begin treating the symptoms.Not Dr. Costa! He treats you the Patient, and the illness. He also Listenens!

I have been seeing different recommendations about him everywhere and a lot of investor's keep saying ‘contact him'. I eventually I did and it turns out to be legit I invested $1000 and make a successful withdraw of $13500 within 6 days. I’m so grateful sharing this testimony. This might be the ONLY time ive ever written a review on Google. Literally the only person keeping this place in business is Jenn Burrows the PA. I swear to god. I've been going to this place for YEARS. When I order my medications it takes them no less than 2 weeks for the nurses to change my prescription if it was rejected by my insurance company. You will wait for hours before an appointment, it's overall horrible customer service. The front desk acts as if it's your fault whenever theres an error...which there is. Every. Single. Time. Once had to wait 2 MONTHS for a new prescription. And this was after calling almost 3x times a week. Noone touches base with you, and the place is extremely dissorganized.As I'm typing this I'm sitting in the waiting room...waiting for them to change my prescription AGAIN..I've been here for an hour already due to their screwup. Getting my records and leaving for good.

Dr.COSTA IS THE MOST COMPASSIONATE AND EMPATHETIC HUMAN BEING I KNOW.HE SPENDS TIME AND LISTENS TO YOUR MEDICAL AS WELL AS PERSONAL ISSUES.VERY HIGH DEGREE OF MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE AND MOST RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN THE MEDICAL HEALTH COMMUNITY.MY FAMILY AND I HAVE HAD AN APPROXIMATELY 30 YEAR RELATIOSHIP WITH DR. Doctors are really good been going here for the past 25 years. The staff behind the counter on the other hand are garbage. The past couple of years the people they’ve been hiring should be fired. I’ve went to three different doctors that need referral over the past five years and every time my referral was never sent over and I had to fight through voicemails and hold while at my appointment for the referral.

Advocare Berlin Medical Associates has been overcharging me and my wife on routine visits by "balance billing" me for years. I called several times to attempt to rectify to no avail. I was forced to file a complaint to the NJ Dept of Banking and Insurance fraud dept today after speaking to my insurance company.

Dr Mauriello’s manner is friendly & polite. He spends the time needed to really get a handle on what problems you may be having. Then he goes to work offering possible solutions & treatments. He told me he thought he heard a murmur when listening to my heartbeat. He said to mention it to my cardiologist. As I went to the cardiologist, at the conclusion of the appointment, I mentioned what the family doctor had said. He sent me for an echocardiogram. Sure enough, there was a left ventricle infarction.

I’m so so angry. I was in a car accident on the 19th and wanted my doctor to help me with an appointment. So after 2 days of calling I get through and ask for an appointment. I’m put on hold and hung up on...I call back and an immediately routed to voicemail telling me that I cannot be seen because I have a bill? Ok...I didn’t know this and did it ever occur that I might be able to pay it? Also, you are denying me care due to a bill?? I think I stated above about a car accident so my lawyer will be in contact since you wish to violate my right to care.

I found that my doctor was one that never listened to my concerns about increasing weakness and without bothering to have my blood work done decided I was just anemic. After nearly 4 months I could hardly walk across the room. On a visit to a nurse practitioner who requested blood work.... he sent me to ER where I was admitted to Virtua and given 5 pints of packed red cells because my hemoglobin was at 5 ! I had a big problem.... thanks to being dismissed by my doctor. I HAVE TOTALLY LOST FAITH IN THIS OFFICE
