I was desperate for help. My daughter is manic depressive and drinks. She also suffered a head injury two years ago, which has affected her skills. They promised me they’d come over my house in the morning to evaluate her, and I waited for hours. They never showed up. I called, and they said she has an alcohol problem and call the police. I was devastated. I wanted to get help for her psychiatric problem and all I got was an “I don’t care” attitude. I feel so hopeless and depressed. Nowhere to turn. Nobody cares.

I had my surgery done there 7/26/22 and the procedure itself was no issue but on the other hand there were more "students" there than actual nurses and my floor was full of recovery patients so it took a while to even be able to get help to go to the toilet or be unhooked from my IV. Another reason is because they had my mother wait in the loop to pick me up for almost 20 mins because of being short staffed.

How does a hospital dismiss someone that walks in with mental health issues and a addiction when they go looking for help , how is that person let go and at least been referred to the PIP department!! you turned away a person that was seeking help with nothing to offer them in terms of getting help. They should have been sent to PIP! maybe stop looking down at addicts and appreciate the effort one makes when they come to you asking for help and do your job and help them!

I had a great experience, the per at the front desk he was help he explained that we need a mask to continue in the hospital in a respectable way. Teresa at the oncology department was help to the patient has he leaves her department, with that approach my son went up to her and asked her if she could fix his waist band, I didn't want him to but she replied with a smile yes I can put tape around it, we both said that you. While we where existing the facility we bought water from the Starbucks the lady who served us was a ray of sunshine, while we did our purchase we heard music 🎵 from a piano 🎹 he was so great I had to ask him for a picture and he said yes 😊.🎶

We visited the emergency room at the hospital due to Covid disease Which caused difficulty in breathing on 17/6/22. We received excellent and professional care and wonderful treatment from the sympathetic and empathetic staff.

What absolute disgrace. Ignorant uncaring staff. Waiting room was dirty, bathroom doors didn’t lock, request were ignored. A child threw up and it sat there for hours and no one cleaned it. My wife was put in a dark room and forgotten. They forgot connect her iv. They checked off she had an ekg but did not. Her every request was ignored. The prescription for pain meds was filled incorrectly and 2 days later the pharmacy said no one has called the back.

Poor service lousy dr's, nurses and "techs" (CNAs). Only food service has been up to par.

Horrifying nurses! Arrogant & superior attitude. Mean for no reason to patients & family. Not the brightest crew & they take there time and don’t appreciate having to move. I’m all about nurse appreciating but whew you’re lucky if you survive this place. It’s extremely sad, I know it’s not an easy job but it’s also not easy being a patient. Being from NYC I suppose I’m spoiled but this was beyond awful. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else. Total nightmare.
