The front desk lady not so nice. I called for my test report but she kept asking me make appointment to see doctor. I told her that I just want to get my report, but she handed up my call. I think every patient has right to get their test report without go to see doctor. Why they don't give?

Dr. Swan has been our family doctor for many years. He treats everybody like a family. He had saved & prolonged the life of my husband, who had suffered from the ravages caused by Diabetes, to live with us, his loved ones. His continuous and exemplary services as a leader in the community and as a healthcare provider is highly commended and I call him a "miracle doctor". We extend our lifetime gratitude to the best & compassionate doctor, Dr. Alexander Swan.

So called On-time doctor is not on-time at all. Office visit took 1 hour waiting time. Lab test waited one hour and technician still not showing up.

Although wait times can be a bit long, Dr. Swan is worth every minute of it. He is kind and caring, extremely knowledgeable, available to his patients and has one of the best “bedside manners” I’ve ever encountered. He is a wonderful diagnostician, which seems to be a lost art in today’s world. He is an oasis in the desert of healthcare.

I feel as though Dr. Swan USED to be good and I don't know. He's lost his touch. After having him as our family doctor for many years, we've realized that he likes to experiment on his patients by trying new things that will most likely better his pockets more than it would his patient. He's been making a lot of mistakes lately & when we bring it up, he redirects us to a different topic. We went with one issue & came back w/ several. It's sad he isn't the same doctor we once knew and loved.
