Good: The service was prompt, better than other times Nice and polite. Poor: After the cleaning the teeth feel covered with tartar. The hygienist the machine and the scraping hook between teeth but no buffing the surfaces of the teeth, feel covered with tartar. dirty feeling. REALLY UNHAPY all this tartar may still give bad breath.

This is not a dental office. It is a money making factory. You have to wait for ever to get an appointment and then when you do you have to wait forever for your turning the office. The staff is very unfriendly and not the least bit helpful. The receptionist actually laughed at how hard it was to change my appointment. January appointment couldn't be reschedule til March. I have been coming to this office for 2 years. I hated it at my first visit but kept coming back because I wanted to give them a fair chance. Well forget it, my first impression was correct. This place is the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and stay way.

Eastern Dental hired new staff and along with the Dr. Fernandez , the entire team is great! Dr. SANCHEZ and Dr. Fernandez both are treating me and are exceptional doctors who actually listen and care for their patient and are gentle with their hands. Christine , Jessics, the receptionists and dental assistant delivers outstanding service with her smile and hard work
