Horrible I told her I had chest pain and she told me to take Tylenol… A Tylenol waited 2 hours for her to tell me that never again!
It’s is so difficult to even reach her when I need a refill for my prescription. Doesn’t matter the number. I can never get in contact. Her number doesn’t even ring anymore. Have been trying to call for over an hour just for a refill. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review on something since I tend to stay away from doing this but this is just unacceptable
If there is anything below 1star then i will give the same, I don't question on how much doctor have knowledge but other doctors are better then her. If you want to empty your pockets just for general physician then you can visit the doctor. I have visited the doctor couple of times and for each visit she/they are charged 300-600$+ and i have paid 100-200$ from the pocket and i.e also for general checkup not for any special treatment.. Shame on you.
I have been trying to contact this Dr office since June 3rd week for the appointment for my son . No one received the phone . Website says Dr office hour is Mon- fri( 9 Am - 5PM) and the answering system says presently Dr office is closed. What does it mean? You should know why patients call to doctor office ? You think patients need ice cream so they are calling to you . If you have problem in your system you gotta fix it , or write something on your website. I am confused that this is doctor office or something else. I won’t call anymore . The best way is to change the doctor.
FANTASTIC DOCTOR... SHES MY PCP, AND I DONT CHAGE DOCTORS UNLESS THEY WRONGED ME!!!
Helpful and caring. Would highly recommend.

Horrible l! Shes never available.
Rude nurses in the front should get fired and Really bad doctor denying to see sick patients what has this world come to! Should all be fired
I usually write positive reviews for most places I visit but I just couldn't with this one. My first time visit was two weeks ago on Oct 30 at 1 o clock. I showed up on time and the nurse at the front just looked at me like I was crazy for walking in. I told her I made an appointment with Avenel Urgent care and she didn't come of rude but you could tell she was being assertive when she said THE PEOPLE NEXT DOOR HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH US, I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CAN SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU. I told her that's OK and that I'd like to make an appointment then since I just changed my PCP to Dr. Samina the day before and that I was sorry for the misunderstanding. She said no that's fine we take walk ins I just have to get you registered. Registration took pretty long on due to the fact that she had to set up everything digitally and ask me questions in person. When I finally got the registration tablet from her, everything she asked me for the past 30 minutes wasn't even updated I just fixed all the answers myself so she wouldn't have to worry about it. She looked stressed. We had good conversation, I met her favorite patient. and proceeded to wait until the doctor was ready. I finally got to see Dr. Samina and the sick check up went fine. I felt like she heard all of my issues and wrote prescriptions accordingly. she never told me what I had and just said it was congestion. The doctor said I'm going on vacation starting yesterday so Ill see you in two weeks for a follow up so schedule that with the nurse. I walked up to the reception and scheduled my two week follow up for 11/15/19 at 9:30am. The nurse told me if I want to change the time or cancel call her in advance so I said OK no problem and I left. I genuinely had a nice time there and I figured the people on the reviews were just over reacting and aren't used to people with a more aggressive personality. After I left the doctors office I went to Avenel pharmacy... THREE TIMES to pick up my prescription! Each time they said the doctor never sent it over yet. I was so sick that day all I wanted was my medicine. I had to wait till the next morning to pick it up because it was FINALLY ready. Then my husband tells me, "Oh that doctor never writes prescriptions until the end of the day for some reason." So a week goes by and it doesn't feel like the medicine is working and my sickness is just transforming into different things at this point. Two days before my follow up I can tell I have an infection of some sort, probably a sinus infection. So clearly the meds she gave me did nothing. But its fine I have patience. I go to my follow up today at 9:30am. And I wave to the nurse/receptionist at the front, figuring she remembered me from two weeks ago. She calls me to the desk and I say I'm here for my 9:30. She looks at her screen and says. I don't have you here on my computer? I said its a follow up from two weeks ago that I scheduled with YOU. She said "Two weeks ago? I wasn't even here (which isn't true based on everything I said in the beginning). What's your last name?" I tell her. "Whats your first name?" I spell it out and as I'm doing so she cuts me off and says "date of birth?" I was like you didn't get my whole first name. Then she yells at me and says DATE OF BIRTH!? I can tell shes annoyed but I have no idea why. So I tell her my date of birth. She proceeds to ask me other questions that she should know already... because I'M A PATIENT. Anyways at this point shes staring at her computer for 5 minutes I guess trying to figure out who the heck I am. So I tell her " If i'm not on schedule today I'm just going to leave." (And I said this the most normal way possible). She looks up at me and said "I'M TRYING TO REGISTER YOU NOW!", at this point I'm like Register me? You did all of this two weeks ago She says "WE CAN SEE YOU TODAY JUST LET ME DO THIS." (Knowing it took 2 hours last time to get registered & see the doctor) I was like No, I don't have time. So what did she say? "FINE BYEEE" (& waved her hand toward the door) WASTE OF TIME. STILL SICK.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
