Was awful and did not care for any input. Made rude remarks and insisted I was lying about medical history even though it is in my chart, she didn’t care enough to take a glance at it to confirm.

Saw her and she took my blood pressure once and told me I needed medication. I tried to explain to her that I was nervous, but she cut me right off and continued to speak down to me. Trust me ladies, do not put herself in her care. It won’t end well.

Dr Sunkavelli is caring, patient, and so kind. I work with individuals with I.D. and highly recommend this practice! Her staff is also the absolute best!!

Never in my life have I had a physician as rude as Dr. Sunkavall. Years ago - I was bleeding heavily and had to have my first ever pelvic exam. Not only was I extremely nervous, but also embarrassed. I was overweight, and while she was doing my pelvic exam she said “how did you let it get so bad?” (talking about my weight) That has stuck with me for about ten years now. So foul and unprofessional.

From prenatal care, to my delivery, to my postpartum appointment, Dr. Sunkavalli provided excellent care. She made me feel at ease and I had such a positive labor/delivery experience. I am grateful that I was in her care.

I had a terrible experience my first time visiting Dr. Sunkavalli’s office in Barnegat, NJ. I visited her on November 21, 2022. I brought with me previous medical records from a foreign doctor that included several exams done and information regarding a current diagnosis that I have. Went to her with something I was unsure about and she told me I had something pretty bad while telling me it wasn’t her speciality but she was so adamant that she was right about what is was. I left crying and incredibly concerned with what she had said. After going to a specialist I learned she was completely wrong and scared me for no reason. Not good beside manner. Made faces when I was telling her about my symptoms.

First time visit , switched to this care facility after my last one wasn’t great, and also probably caused this problem I have now. First visit with this dr, and she was awesome ! Listened to my concerns , took some test and discussed everything thoroughly with me. She was very knowledgeable and I wasn’t rushed or felt like just another patient. I would recommend to other women ! Despite the other reviews I have read, I had a wonderful experience and I felt comfortable discussing anything with her!
