I visited Tuesday for dermatology concern. I was greeted quickly and tech saw me within a few minutes. Tech came in and handled my problem within five minutes procedure was over. I didn’t feel a thing!

Had suspicious growth but had to wait 8 weeks for appointment. He did what was supposed to be a full skin screening which consisted of glancing at my head, and a quick squirt of “freeze” on my arm and he also squirted, what he deemed to be suspicious, my polio vaccination on my leg. He biopsied growth 12 days ago, which is 7 if I remove weekends. I have called his staff twice about results and told the wait is 2 weeks. I told her the national average wait for a biopsy to be returned is 2-3/days and 7 at the most. I asked her to call the lab and she told me the staff had a full day already. Terrible staff, awful service
