My daughter needs her vaccines for school. The Secaucus office isn't where I set up her PCP for our insurance but is where they can do the vaccines. Monday, when I made the appointment, they called me 5 times, the rep and I actually laughed by the last two calls. She let me know that I had to change my appointment because my daughter is a new patient. I was fine with it. She called back to make it an earlier date and I thought even better. Then she called again and said I need records I told her I didn't have because her doctors office closed down in Hackensack but I told her I do have her immunization records I ordered from the state. By the final call we confirmed everything was ok and set, as long as I bring her immunization records. We got there 45 minutes early, even with traffic, only because I knew I probably have many forms to fill. The receptionist stated unfortunately they made my appointment incorrectly and DR MATTHEWS stated she will not see my daughter. I explained it can'
