Never got my father into see him because no one will answer the phone. The emergency room sent my father home with a foley and no guidance. Couldn’t even get a receptionist to answer the phone
Very rude, not sincere what's no ever! Didn't want to work with me for a follow-up visit! Wouldn't do a check up in his office which he can. He wanted to send me to his hospital and give me an examination when I would be sedative!! Then get a call and told to come back to the office to give me an examination! Then suddenly he took a leave of absence!! I was hurt , disappointed, disrespectful by him!! Never wanted to go back there Again! Heartless people!!
Staff i would rate 2 star never a smiling face, also Dr.Eric kerr listen to u half way thru and discusses loud out in public( when he reaches the reception) and not in the examination room.
My dad would have died if he did not go to Dr Mutterperl who took an xray and found cancer that spread to his lung which Dr Kerr did NOT....He only concentrated on my dads prostate without taking an x ray of other parts of my dads body. Dad is now getting radiation in Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC and the radiologist has gotten the PSA level down. Thank God for Doc. Mutterperl for taking an x ray that Kerr should have done ....He only concentrated on my dads prostate. My dad never used a four letter word, but as I gave him pain medication, I asked him if I had to post a comment about Dr. Kerr.....Dad said xxxx. Can't post it.
Far too long to wait for appointments and procedures. Especially when you have a current problem. They just don’t seem to care.
Waited 45 minutes in the treatment room for a cystoscope and was legt there while everyone had their lunch. Procedure was painless once they finally got started. No one explained what to expect after procedure.
Had to wait 3 weeks in between appointments. I called because I would be 15min late to an appointment and they refused to take me. Then I asked for my lab results and they said I had to pay $1 per page. They couldn't have the staff wait an extra 15min even though I had to wait 3 weeks for an apointment at a reasonable hour after work. There was no recognition that I was not only a patient but a paying customer.
Waited 3 weeks for an appointment. I called to say I would be delayed 15min due to traffic and was told to reschedule. Then said I had to pay $1 per page for my own lab work! Office manager would rather lose a patient then keep the staff 15min more to accommodate a customer. We are humans, not just time slots.
I saw Dr. Eric Kerr after an emergency room visit. He looked over all my scans, listened to me very carefully, diagnosed and had me treated immediatey. He was very kind and compassionate; went out of his way to give me all the attention and information I needed. He is extremely caring, and checked in with me every step of the way during the problem I was having as well as treatment. He was a very calm and gentle bedside manner, which is very important to me, I'd highly recommend Dr. Kerr.
Dr Kerr is a wonderful doctor that makes you feel at ease and throughly explains everything to you. He's kind and keeps you very well informed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
