"I never got to see the doctor due to the unprofessional staff she employs. When I arrived I was told I missed my appointment, when the time was confirmed earlier that day by their "call center" (i.e. removing their accountability). Of course they had no record of the call or who I spoke to. The doctor passed through as I was explaining this to her receptionist but never engaged in the conversation. As the receptionist said it was my problem, not theirs. "

Dr Potoczek is considerate and genuinely cares about her patients. I never feel rushed and I really do feel like she takes extra time to listen to my concerns as well. I've moved around a lot in the past few years and consequently, have had many doctors depending on where I was living at the time. Dr Potoczek makes me want to settle in Bayonne or atleast nearby so that my family can benefit from her care for years to come. Dr Potoczek: If you ever read this, please know that your kindness does not go unnoticed. I pray for your continued health so you may practice for a long time to come.
