Horrible doctor, appointment is scheduled and they don’t even see you in time. Ridiculous staff also

Cold and impersonal! Refused to provide any treatment despite progressively worsening symptoms for months. Took almost 2 weeks to send referral letters that I had to practically beg for, but wrote them out to random doctors in another city. Listed my diagnosis as an infection, yet no medication was prescribed at all. 🤦‍♀️

Left my work to be there at 4pm with my daughter. Got stuck in traffic and got there around 4:30. No other patients were waiting and she refused to take care of us. Receptionist ask us to reschedule. I told her no. The office closes at 5 pm and refusing to take us was very inconsiderate. She has no compassion and I would not refer her to anyone. Over the years I have seen many Doctors and never have I been told to reschedule because I was late. Not seeing her again.

Hi Erica from the office staff. Let me let you in on a little something. If your boss, Dr. Saran, is on ZocDoc, it is- IN FACT your job to access the site and find our insurance. Now, me being a CNA, I completely understand how inconvenient that is, having to actually log in and look at your new patients info, such a hassle! (sense my sarcasm?) I can understand how sometimes authorizing insurance can be difficult, but I will not accept your nasty attitude. To recap, this appointment was made three days prior to your phone call about the insurance. That means you had three whole days to verify our insurance and call us with any issues. You decided to wait until two hours prior to his exam, that’s our fault? Now, if my insurance card is on Zocdoc and you didn’t feel like getting it, the least you can do is be polite and reschedule his appointment. Most people choose video calls because they do not have time to visit the doctor for a consultation, so now you’re calling him 2 hours prior to his appointment while he’s at work pressing him for an insurance card that is clearly stored on Zocdoc? .. and then you decide to give my husband an attitude? It doesn’t work like that sweetie. You didn’t do your job properly, the patient deserves an apology not an attitude.

Awesome primary care provider, caring, pays attention to detail, responds timely to requests. Office is new and staff are helpful and friendly.

highly recommend doctor Saran.She is very lovely. Well behaved. Professional doctor. I go all the way union city to Bayonne just because of her nice behavior. ( I have seen other doctors too who think they r God if they have degree but she is not like that)

Highly recommend her. During my first appointment with her she definitely took her time with me and seemed interested in my concerns as a patient. I feel very comfortable with her.

She wouldn’t prescribe medications I needed and had already been taking for years and denied me a letter of medical necessity for a breast reduction surgery to alleviate my back pain. Unfortunately, she wasted over six months of my time making excuses that she needed to see the last ten years of my medical records only to not help me get approved by my insurance in the end. Do NOT waste your time with this doctor. She doesn’t have any compassion or empathy for her patients.

Just very weird and didn't make much sense. I needed medical clearance to start an internship and she was disorganized with the process. For the positives, the office staff was nice and the facilities were modern and new.

She is so accommodating . Spent time with me more than what is required for my visit. She examined me thoroughly, even had the time to teach me how to do proper exercises on how to burn sugar , which has the same effect like a metformin. Knowledgeable, caring and the office atmosphere is welcoming and friendly! I’m happy I found this office as my primary care! God Bless you all!
