Presilla Alejandro's Online Review Report Card

My mother is an elderly lady and ovarian cancer survivor who was referred to the office of Dr. Presilla. She called me last week to let me know about the terrible experience with this facility due to the staffs lack of knowledge, patience and empathy. During the COVID pandemic, my mother came in for her appointment. At this point, she spoke with a woman named Maribel. Maribel began asking a series of questions about my mothers health. When my mother told her a list of symptoms she declared that my mother cant see the doctor because she has COVID. At this point, my mother was shocked. Shes been selfisolating since the beginning of the pandemic. Secondly, Maribel is not a doctor to make this declaration. Finally, she doesnt have proof (aka test results) that my mother has COVID. She sent my mom away and became anxious and worried when she got home. My mother winded up getting tested a day later and results came back negative. Thank you Maribel and your lack of professionalism and empathy on cancer survivor for getting her worried. Perhaps you should find another profession that doesnt require you to deal with people who need care and attention.

He gives too many medicines, makes you more sick of what you are. So you have to go to his office more often. For me a visit to a doctor is to make you feel well not sick.

The Doctor was first rate, all the way around. I highly recommend him.
