I would like to thank Dr.Patel , when I found out that I was pregnant I was considered a high risk pregnancy with chronic hypertension . Dr. Patel was with me every step of the way throughout my pregnancy and delivery always with the greatest care and concern. I highly recommend her as next choice of OBGYN . Our little Family thank you... love Mitos ❤️

I was never given Tdap vaccine all through my pregnancy time which I check now is really important during pregnancy, I had infection I wonder if it was because I never received the vaccine and could have been avoided

Dr. Patel is the BEST! When I found out I was pregnant I did some research on good Ob’s in the are and stumbled across her office and I am so glad I did! She truly cares about her patients and advocates for you. I unfortunately found myself giving birth 10 weeks early, emergency c section and had the pleasure of having her deliver my baby! She was on call with the hospital and made her way to me once she found out how unwell I was doing. She advocated for me so much once she arrived and gave me the care I needed! Thank you so much Dr. Patel for caring the way you do and always being such a pleasure to be around :)

Update: Samantha has solved the issue I listed below. Turns out I was not supposed to be charged the amount I was. And they worked with the insurance company to reimburse me. It took longer than a month so I really appreciate the time and attention spent on this. Previous review: I suggest to find another gynecologist. I moved to Bayonne and high hopes for this office. But on my first annual check up the waiting room was filled, people waiting 2+ hours and then I heard one woman come up and ask to just be moved to another day. And because its so busy you don't get quality service, while Doctor Patel was friendly and nice she was so terse, I felt extremely rushed. And when I just asked questions about trying to get pregnant I was charged for that. Literally they were just questions, no extra tests or anything. Took her less than 5 minutes. I hate doctor offices that bill for every little thing. There are doctors out that they don't do that! I strive to find honest and genuinely helpful doctors. Doctors are supposed to have your best interset in mind, this office doesn't. They make you wait hours, rush your appointment and then charge you extra. Also they had my name spelled wrong and when I paid the bill it wasn't posted to my account, when I mentioned that I paid on- line the receptionist had no idea that you can do that. The receptionist was very nice about it and said she would check up on it and make sure its posted, I hope she does! But this signals to me that the office is run poorly. I will be yet again looking for another gynecologist.

She saved my life. She discovered a fibroid in my uterus that was the cause of my excessive bleeding. (This caused me to have several blood transfusions before this.) She was able to see me very quickly to help with the issue. She removed the fibroid. This saved my life because my hemoglobin kept going below 7, which could of killed me. She is caring and 100% knowledgeable. I trusted her with my life and I am so glad I did. I will only be going to her from now on. Thank you so much for saving my life.

Dr Patel is an amazing doctor. I was her patient for more than 2 years. She has a best interest in your well being. No matter how much busy she is, She always greets you with smile , listens to all your concerns and most importantly, remember every details about you and your pregnancy journey. She helped deliver my baby girl in Feb and it's only because of her, I am able to bring my baby safely into this world after some complications in my 3rd trimester. If you are looking for ob-gyn in Hudson county, look no further. Dr. Patel is your ob-gyn and believe me, you'll have a trust on her the moment you meet her.

I'm big on finding doctors that don't just treat you like another number and Dr. Patel didn't disappoint. From my first appointment I noticed her staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Patel always answers any and all questions I have. She is kind, thorough, and professional. I'm so happy I chose her as my ob and that she was there when I delivered my baby boy. My labor was long because he did not want to come out, but she was there for me every step of the way, made sure I got through it safely and I am forever grateful. Her calling me after I gave birth to check on me meant a lot to me. I 100% will always recommend Dr. Patel as OB/gynecologist.

Dr. Patel is the best gynecologist I have met .She is so sweet and polite, And her staff is so professional I would recommend her to anyone she gets five stars from me and more

Extremely nice doctor and staff, but I waited 3 hours for only 10 mins of her time. It’s very inconsiderate for people who work, families, etc. Do not over book if you know you can’t take on that many patients at once. Not sure if I will return because of this experience. Disappointing because I genuinely liked her and would go again if I didn’t have to wait 3 hours.
