I am beyond thankful that my son is in Dr Serafinos care. Between the Dr. and his staff, they are top notch. Parents know that peace of mind and an epic team is the goal when raising our children. Recommend this office to all my family and friends.

We have been bringing our girls here for over two years and I must say we are so so happy with the Doctor and the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating, communicate really well and most importantly honor appointments and timings.

Dr. Serafino and crew are great, however- they are extremely old school with most daily practices. No online portal/ hand written paper charting system/out dated handouts regarding vaccinations & illnesses/ not with the times regarding milestones/leaps/ off putting office in which isn't child friendly. The nurse/front desk are wonderful and personable. We never waited for an appt and were always able to get in for a sick visit if need be. I just wish DR. Serafino was more proactive rather than reactive in his practices.

Highly recommend Dr.Serafino. He is thorough and always gives advice in the best interest of the child. In the past 2 years with the pedemic complications Dr.Serafino has given excellent guidance. Staff is very professional and accommodating.

The schedule online is incorrect, we took our 21 month sick baby at 9.05 and were told doctor doesn’t come in u til 2 pm and the person who makes appointment isn’t available until 10.30, what’s the point of showing that they open at 9 am? They don’t take walk ins.
