List of Arif Naseem's Reviews
Today I received a very UNNECESSARY & TROUBLING letter from Arif Naseem. I will not put M.D. in association with this person. New to the area and in need of a new Dr due to on going health issues I picked the closest one to my home 'Big Mistake!' I found myself not feeling well again and made an appointment. I had a total of 3 appointments with him in which All were Rushed and he DID NOT LIKE TO BE ASKED QUESTIONS! I was sent for blood work and a urine culture. I had to call the office to ask for results and I was told 'Verbatim' both came back 'Perfect'. I knew this couldn't be true based on how I was feeling. I decided to go and pick up my results, 'Thank God' I did. My Cholesterol is extremely high, severe dehydration, my chest x-ray that i had due to the fact i told him I'd been having trouble breathing just from walking and it came back scarring visualized on left lung. Not to mention the other things that were flagged on my blood work and the same for my urine culture. My third and final appointment I couldn't believe a Dr was acting in such a manner as he was! From the 5mins he was in the room Rude doesn't begin to describe the way I was treated! He told me I had too many things going on and he had other patients waiting, closed my chart and walked out. The next day I called and told whoever answered the phone I would not be coming back. I could also say somethings about some of the people who work there, but I won't because the person in charge is supposed to lead by example and set the standard for his Business. So, it seems they are following the Behavior of the person in charge. The Truly Alarming thing is this is not an Auto body shop etc...This is a place you go that is there to help you, to save your Life. It is soo disappointing because I hold Doctors in such high Regard for what they do!! Just not this one.
I'm pretty new to the area. Lived in Philadelphia 48 years of my life. I was in need of a Doctor and was referred to Dr Naseem by a friend. Boy was I nervous a new doctor who knew nothing about me at 52..Let me tell you this my EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!! DR NASEEM WAS BEYOND AMAZING! VERY KIND AND EXTREMELY THOROUGH!! JUST WHAT I NEEDED! The staff went above and beyond for me and was extremely friendly!! I Highly recommend this practice! Thanks for a wonderful experience 💞
The new staff is amazing! Love them so much. Very organized and I love how they talk to you to make sure you are okay
avoid avoid avoid avoid…. This office is horrible!!!!!!!! Do not go here unless you want to be belittled and disrespected! Donna needs to be fired!!!
If an could leave 0 stars I would. Office manager Donna treats patients with disrespect, acts, vicious, rude, unkind and uneven mannered. Refuses to help patients in time of need. Dr and office manager really need to get their act together. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Extremly disorganized. When I asked for Donna's manager's name and number (due to her rudeness and unprofessionalism) I was given the number to the White house and was originally told by Donna that her name was Elaina. If you are sick, I would completely avoid this office. The hoops you need to jump to simply schedule an appointment is beyond ridiculous. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!O

Go back to medical school, you’re absolutely clueless and the front desk staff is so incredibly rude. Also, I watched, in utter amazement a HIPPA violation occur with my own two eyes at my first appointment. Unless you want the entire waiting room to know all about your private medical business….stay away. The poor senior man looked so embarrassed when the nurse started yelling across the waiting room alllllll about his Urology issues. Shame on you.
everyone was great. doctor was even better and shes 100% understanding and she actually talks to you and spend some time with you~!
Their office is extremely disorganized. I make appointments with one doctor and the others change it around for some reason. I was told when I showed up early once that I was late because they changed it without telling me to a time before the office even opened that day. I've gone in for appointments to be told they didn't have me down, despite holding the appointment card they gave me that said otherwise. As for actually treating me, good luck getting more than "I don't know what's going on" out of them. I've either been sent to see someone else or sent to the hospital when there was anything more than a checkup needed.
I was referred to this doctor by my father and my neighbor. I happen to be sick right now so I called to see if I could make an appointment, the front desk person told me that they arent taking any new patients today and that I should go to urgent care. Pretty messed up considering I was referred by current patients. She didnt even offer a different day or anything and her tone was as if I was some beggar or something. Listen if you dont like answering the phone all day- get a new job. Please forgive me that I'm sick and expected to see a doctor. I am soooooo sorry that my problems interfere with your work day! Tip- fire the front desk lady or demote her to cleaning toilets

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
