Service is okay
First things first: Common sense you can see that the admins removed the bad truthful reviews. Secondly… the CEO of this place, Mr. James Cooney, is not a psychiatrist nor a psychologist, but in actuality, he is an prior county official who built this place in his official title of Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I personally witnessed the CEO negligently ignore advice from the N.J. Division of Mental Health. The people running this place are truly nothing more than a group a low level gang members only looking out for themselves and their pockets. Furthermore, go find all the bad truthful reviews made by people on Google Reviews. Stand up to these guys. Be confident. Don’t let them push you around with their incompetence.
Counselors really do care I enjoy going there
I was a therapy patient at OMH..now known as Bright Harbor. My therapist, C, began cancelling and rescheduling my appts...in many cases less than an hour prior. Out of frustration I decided I needed a short break from therapy, to which C agreed as it was my decision. What C failed to tell me was that she saw this as an opportunity to stop treating me. Shortly after, I was notified by a text from her that she was no longer my therapist. If i would have known, i probably wouldnt have taken a break. I cant go through all of this again...5 years of therapy and now start again?...not likely. Actually I thought that i would receive some kind of support in securing another therapist...no such luck...not even a suggestion. Based on my experience..Avoid This Provider. Oh by the way Bright Harbor...have you managed to figure out where my genetic information is?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
