Dr Ingato is a caring compassionate physician with a wonderful and friendly personality. Have been his patient for 40 plus years. Has taken care of my entire family and would highly recommend him to yours. Staff is friendly and quickly responds to your needs. Staff makes scheduling appointments quick and easy.

Dr Steven Ingato is not only very intuitive, but medically brilliant. He takes the time to listen, follows up ALWAYS! If you are looking for a doctor who cares and treats you like family, this is the doctor for you! I will also mention the staff in both offices are extremely helpful and comforting.

Dr. Ingato and his nurse practitioner are both highly recommended by me for exceptional care. If you need a doctor who is willing to listen and get to the bottom of your medical issue Dr. Ingato and Anisha Pittman are the doctors for you. I speak highly of most of the staff except for the girl that answers the phone. Her name is Carly. I find her to be exceptionally rude and nosy. Everytime I call to make a appointment she puts me on hold for at least 3 to 5 minutes, asks me why I need a appointment. Witch I feel is bone if her business. Doesn't she know about the Hippa Law she should. She's the one who gives out the paper work for new patients to sign. I can say one thing good about her she is quick to ask for your copay. I'm not the only one to have a problem with Miss Carly. My daughter had a problem with her to. My daughter was quick and put her in her place. My moral to the story is if you need to make a appointment and Miss Carly answers the phone ask to speak to someone else. preferably Gabby. If you can't speak to people on the phone without being rude and giving them a interrogation every time the try and make a appointment DONT WORK IN A DOCTORS OFFICE. That's my opion.

Dr Ingato is the best doctor I have seen seen in all my 64+ years...When was the last time I had a doctor follow-up with a phone call into the evening? He called back because I had reservations taking over the counter meds based on my medical history. He has not only called me but also called my wife on prior occasions to check on her when she paid a visit...Highly recommend him and also his staff!!! Well worth the wait!!!!

After experiencing many Drs unprofessionalism I found Dr Ingato and have nothing but praise and confidence in him and his staff. Never been happier for the last two decades.

Efficiency and thoroughness above par. I actually usually see him in his Whiting, NJ office. The staff go out of their way for accommodations. The best part of seeing this doctor is he is not afraid to say he doesn't know something and send you to someone who does.know.. This goes a long way with me being a disabled Registered Nurse.

I can't say enough good things about my doctor. The best thing about him is if doesn't know what's wrong with you he will immediately send you to the appropriate specialist. If he feels you need to be seen immediately or very quickly he has no qualms about admitting you to the hospital for your safety and health. By doing this he can bring in the specialists you need on consult, who have to see you within 24 hours. This is usually much quicker than you would be able to see them on your own. I just wish you could give 10 stars and an asterisk to show how good he is.

He seems to really care about his patients. Intently listens to you problem and make sure you understand what he is going to do
