I got lip filler by Annie and she did an absolutely amazing job and she was the sweetest person and she made me feel so comfortable and safe about the procedure and help me understand more about it and I would recommend everyone go to her if you’re getting lip filler!!

Five days ago I had a skin care consult with esthetician Jill. I had been going to a local Medspa for the past five years and I just saw no improvement in my skin for the amount of money I had spent.Jill is very knowledgeable and explained my skin issues to me. She started me off with a chemical peel and a new skin care regimen(which I can not start until a week following the chemical peel). It has been five days since she be Id the chemical peel and today is the first day I am wearing makeup and I didn’t have to load my face full of primer to get the smooth finish. My skin feels amazing just after the chemical peel, I can’t wait to see the results with the new skincare regimen. I highly recommend Jill for all your skin care needs!

I had an excellent experience at The Parker Clinic! The staff are super friendly and helpful, they made my experience very comfortable and no-nonsense from start to finish. I had went in laser hair removal with Cassie. She was super knowledgeable and thorough with the treatment details and expectations. I was so happy with my experience that I booked a facial treatment with Cassie for a few weeks later. Overall great facility, a wide variety of treatments and fantastic staff!

OMG I was so lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Parker, I can not begin to say how thoughtful she really really is as a Dr. and a person !!!!I have seen Dr. Parker for some work done on my face and I can honestly say, with my whole heart she made me feel beautiful and look beautiful with just a few visits !!!!Please if you have any doubts about seeing a dermatologist Dr. Parker will help you, feel at ease with any questions at all, I do not work at this office nor am I affiliated with anyone at this office or any other office, I am just a patient and can say if I could give Dr. Parker an above 5 stars rating I would !!!!!Sincerely,A patient of Dr. ParkerChristine

I have made two attempts to convert my entire makeup line to products at Dr. Parker’s office. The first attempt with Shane, I was told she does not have time and to make an appointment in the future (even though I called in advance and the staff told me no appt was necessary). Shane was abrupt and rude but I assumed she was just busy and overwhelmed. I followed up by making a future appt with Shane for a makeup consult and upon my arrival, she again was rude and abrupt and asked me what my biggest concerns were and just handed me multiple product options to purchase. I explained that I wanted to purchase an entire product line and made a consult appointment so we could match my skin, etc. Shane advised that she again did not have time and told me to “blame the scheduling staff for not scheduling things properly”. I told Shane I had made two attempts to consult with her, driving 1 hour each time and I thought she was extremely rude. She shrugged her shoulders and said again to “discuss it with the scheduling people who don’t know how to schedule properly”. I asked Morgan to see the manager and she told me Dan “was not available” but he would follow up via phone. Two weeks have passed, no phone call. During my appt today I requested to meet with Dan and he advised the desk staff that he was “busy handing other things”. If he’s too busy to discuss customer service issues then I’m too busy to keep driving an hour to support Dr. Parker’s office, there are too many other options around town to be treated this way.

I went to have a facial with SHANE, and the Treatment and the care was totally amazing. I can NOT say ENOUGH GOOD WORDS ABOUT SHANE.He was very careful to tell me the things he thought my skin needed it. I love their products too. They are very good products, No matter what you buy. I use different brands from them, and I love them.I Highly Recommend SHANE to anybody and Highly recommend the Parker Skin and Aesthetic Clinic.Thank you Shane for you care and concern. I will definitely come back.

I have recently been doing treatment by Dr Horvath and I am especially pleased with the kindness and professionalism at Parker in Beachwood. Her assistants are also very kind and helpful - Paige always makes me smile and laugh before my procedure and goes out of her way to make me comfortable. So far the treatment seems to be beneficial - however I am only partially through with it. Thanks Parker folks!

Everyone at the Parker Skin Clinic is first rate !! Very knowledgeable and thorough in the treatments and skin checks. They explain the process and what to expect. Shane is truly a gem at Parker Skin. The product guru!! Listens and advises on your options. Thank you Parker Skin !!!

Getting Botox here was a waste of money. Their website purports to be the #1 provider in Cleveland? Show me the data on that.My first and last appointment I experienced 2 doctors fumble with the injections. The proof lies in it wearing off within a few weeks.It’s an ethical line that doctor practices like Parker Skin play when it comes to injectable treatments as the customer has to trust that they are administered what they paid for. I certainly wasn’t and it was pointless trying to get resolution. They appear to care about making money and not repeat customers.

Be aware who is doing procedure in this company. You can sign papers with one person but another person will come to do your procedure without any explanation in advance. In addition when you pay cash do not let them charge your medical insurance. They can find your information and double charge you. I had this fraudulent unfortunate experience during follow up appoitments which already paid and included in my total payment with this office. There are another more friendly and patient oriented offices where money are not above patients' relationship. I found much better doctor where I felt comfortable even not as a patient but as friend who needed help. And my exactly the same procedure cost me $1000 less.
